The entry was stylish and new at street level. A few chairs to wait for an Uber or Lyft.
The lobby was on the third floor with a bar and restaurant. Nicely appointed and updated. Open to the floors above so as you rode up the elevator you got to see the lobby all the way to the twenty third floor.
No pool.
The club lounge was on the top floor. Nice views of nothing much, just buildings. I guess they saved the views of the bay for the meeting space that shares the top floor. Some snacks like candy and cookies at off hours, along with soda in cans in the fridge. Espresso machine always available to make your coffee or late.
Evening dessert was delicious brownies and chocolate chip cookies. We had a few.
Morning breakfast was eggs and bacon, fruit and yogurt. Nothing super special but a full hot breakfast spread. It was busy in the morning and I saw a few people having to ask to have tables cleared of dirty dishes so they could sit.
Overall, great location and a good property. I would definitely stay again for business downtown, although I'm sure the city offers comparable hotels at what might be more reasonable prices.
